Tennis Strings

Tennis strings are used for tennis racquets. Strings are the items that keep the racquet ready for game play. Without stings a racquet would be useless to a tennis player.

Tennis strings need to be a certain tension for optimal use. The tension of a racquet’s strings can be changed. This is often done in a specialty tennis store, but it can be done at home if the right tools are available.

Tennis strings can break on racquets. Broken tennis strings cannot be fixed. They can, however, be replaced. Replacing strings on a racquet is called restringing.
